We were proud to be part of a great project like Blue Stone Vue. This beautiful site provided renters upscale apartments with stunning views of Lake Superior, and has been a key component of revitalizing the area.
The Northland team performed a full civil package on this project, with work including excavation, grading, blacktop paving, concrete sidewalks and retaining walls. In the end, Northland's full-service capabilities helped deliver a luxury multifamily building with great features and character that fits the neighborhood.
