OVERVIEW
Duluth is fortunate to have access to incredible hospital systems. The Vision Northland hospital replacement project began in 2019, and the Northland team was involved for several years, completing full civil scopes of work.
This complex, multi-discipline project involved our full earthwork, excavation, grading, rock blasting, utility piping, blacktop paving, concrete sidewalk and trucking teams. With tens of thousands of yards of rock removed from the site, this was a monumental project for Northland. We will always be grateful to the project owner and McGough for their leadership, and for trusting Northland as a partner on this important project.
