OVERVIEW
The Miller Hill Mall is a pillar of the Duluth community. We are fortunate to have access to so many great shopping opportunities in one place. The mall is an important part of our area and also requires ongoing maintenance to keep the facility functioning as designed.
For this project, the Northland team improved the site with new blacktop pavement. We manufactured the bituminous mix ourselves, which allowed us to create a great new blacktop surface with minimal disruption to shoppers. Access to the facility was maintained throughout the duration of the project.
