OVERVIEW
Superior Street runs through the heart of Duluth's downtown business district. This massive reconstruction project in the heart of downtown needed the multi-discipline approach that Northland brings to the table.
Our teams completed earthwork, excavation, grading, utility piping, concrete sidewalks and concrete paving while prioritizing the safety of local community members and businesses in the vicinity of our work area. The end result was a visually appealing revitalization of this roadway that fits the vision for a beautiful downtown area for all to enjoy.
