OVERVIEW
We appreciate when businesses make investments in our area. the COVID-19 pandemic changed the way consumers shop forever, and Target experienced a significant increase in pickup orders in most locations. To better serve the community and meet the growing demand for pickup orders, Target's store location in Duluth, Minnesota needed an addition. Northland was proud to be a part of this work.
The Northland team excavated the new building footprint and installed new utility piping. We also backfilled the site following building foundation construction and completed blacktop paving and concrete sidewalks curb and gutter. The final result is an expanded Target facility that is positioned to better-serve the changing needs of the communities in Duluth and the surrounding area.
