We’re a full-service partner, providing onsite removal and milling services, returning 20-30% of materials to the new surface. We own and operate technologically advanced equipment that enables us to provide quality control services and monitor both density and smoothness while we work. With two asphalt plants serving the region, we can produce asphalt quickly to ensure ideal driving conditions.

Asphalt surfaces take a beating in northern Minnesota. Only the most flexible and high-quality materials can withstand repeated freezing and thawing, and all surfaces will require replacement eventually. Big Daddy’s Burgers, a beloved restaurant in Duluth, Minnesota’s Piedmont Heights neighborhood, had a parking lot in severe disrepair. They trusted Northland to set things right. We created a smooth, efficient parking surface that maximized the plot’s unique shape to provide ample parking.
